  • Patent number: 11953826
Abstract: Lined photoresist structures to facilitate fabricating back end of line (BEOL) interconnects are described. In an embodiment, a hard mask has recesses formed therein, wherein liner structures are variously disposed each on a sidewall of a respective recess. Photobuckets comprising photoresist material are also variously disposed in the recesses. The liner structures variously serve as marginal buffers to mitigate possible effects of misalignment in the exposure of photoresist material to photons or an electron beam. In another embodiment, a recess has disposed therein a liner structure and a photobucket that are both formed by self-assembly of a photoresist-based block-copolymer.

  • Publication number: 20240071397
Abstract: A machine may be configured to generate one or more audio fingerprints of one or more segments of audio data. The machine may access audio data to be fingerprinted and divide the audio data into segments. For any given segment, the machine may generate a spectral representation from the segment; generate a vector from the spectral representation; generate an ordered set of permutations of the vector; generate an ordered set of numbers from the permutations of the vector; and generate a fingerprint of the segment of the audio data, which may be considered a sub-fingerprint of the audio data. In addition, the machine or a separate device may be configured to determine a likelihood that candidate audio data matches reference audio data.

  • Publication number: 20170308802
Abstract: Methods and accompanying systems are provided for predicting outcomes, such as industrial asset failures, in heavy industries. The predicted outcomes can be used by owners and operators of oil rigs, mines, factories, and other operational sites to identify potential failures and take preventive and/or remedial action with respect to industrial assets. In one implementation, historical data associated with a plurality of outcomes is received at one or more central site servers from one or more data sources, and datasets are generated from the historical data. Using the datasets, a set of models is trained to predict an outcome. A particular model includes sub-models corresponding to a hierarchy of components of an industrial asset. The set of models is combined into an ensemble model, which is transmitted to remote sites.
