Abstract: An exemplary method of treating a urologic symptom includes administering a daily dose of creatine monophosphate (a phosphorylated creatine) to an individual wherein the daily dose of creatine monophosphate lies in a range from about 0.4 mg to about 4.0 mg per kilogram body weight. Such an exemplary method may further include administering a dose of a compound that inhibits phosphodiesterase (e.g., at a time less than approximately 4 hours prior to sexual activity). Other exemplary methods, compounds, compositions, etc., are also disclosed.
