Abstract: A server center controls operation across one or more command centers that are communicatively networked with one or more medical care settings. Devices are deployed at each medical care setting and at the command center(s) and a control device at the server center facilitates digital consultation sessions between a patient and/or local care provider and command center staff via the devices. The control device also facilitates communication between the command center staff and the care setting data center to update the electronic medical record for a patient and to enter specific patient instructions. The control device also prioritizes patients across one or more care settings and presents a prioritized patient queue to command center staff. The control device also provides command center staff with suggested tests and treatments based on an analysis of patient information. The control device also provides patient admission prediction information to each care setting.

The system stores resource information about multiple facilities, across cities, counties, states and even countries. Such information can be provided to designated users based on specified access levels for the user and the resource information. The resource information is also automatically updated to reflect the most current information. The system is useful in directing resources to participate in an emergency. Further the system aggregates resource information based on one or more attributes, such as region, hospital, city, state, etcetera, that is associated with the resource information.

This information may include personal information, demographic information and location information. The present invention also provides for recording medical information from incoming patients in hospitals and clinics.

Abstract: The present invention provides a method and a system for tracking patients during a medical emergency or in a medical facility. The present invention provides for recording patient data, assigning the patient to a medical facility or resource and updating patient tracking information with this information. Further, the medical facility or resource that the patient is assigned to is provided with permissions to access the patient's medical records. The medical facility or resource also receives an alert informing the facility or resource about the incoming patient. Further, the present invention provides storing patient tracking information and patient medical information in a way such that users accessing the patient information are provided information based on their access level that is determined dynamically.

Abstract: Method and apparatus for storing, retrieving, and processing customer-oriented data sets in which relatively large sets of customers and their transactions or the like may be quickly and efficiently analyzed. A multi-dimensional access structure is utilized in which each cell representing one dimension element or a combination of dimension elements may include a list of customers who have made purchases or other transactions associated with that cell. Each customer record in a list may summarize predetermined information pertaining to that customer's behavior in the cell. Such records may be sorted by customer number to enable efficient combining of multiple lists. In applications wherein the number of such cells is prohibitively large, only a portion of these cells may actually include materialized lists.
