  • Publication number: 20260105278
Abstract: Mappings are used to parallelize and schedule large language models (LLMs) onto a target system architecture. Given the complexity of the LLM and the system architecture, there can be from tens of thousands to trillions of potential mappings, each offering varying levels of performance and energy efficiency. Identifying an optimal (or near-optimal) mapping is essential for maximizing the performance of LLM workloads. The present disclosure employs artificial intelligence to map a LLM to a system architecture, where the mapping can be determined from a combined representation of properties of the LLM and system architecture generated by a machine learning model.
    Type: Application
    Filed: June 30, 2025
    Publication date: April 16, 2026
Inventors: Shvetank Prakash, Robert Hesse, Qijing Huang, Christoforos Kozyrakis, Vikram Sharma Mailthody, Dheevatsa Mudigere, Angshuman Parashar, Sanjay Patel

  • Patent number: 10936048
Abstract: In one embodiment, an apparatus includes a bulk write circuit to generate a bulk write message to send to a destination agent to cause the destination agent to write data comprising register contents into a plurality of registers, at least some of the plurality of registers comprising non-consecutive registers. The bulk write message may include a first message header, a first chunk header including an address of a first register of a first subset of the plurality of registers, and a first payload portion having the register contents for the first subset of the plurality of registers. Other embodiments are described and claimed.
    Type: Grant

  • Patent number: 4772433
Abstract: Compounds of the general formula ##STR1## wherein R represents a hydrogen atom or a hydroxyl protecting group, Y represents a hydrogen atom or an optionally protected hydroxyl group, X represents the residue of a dienophile and either R.sup.1 represents a halogen atom a hydrocarbylsulphonyloxy group or a group of the formula --Z--R.sup.3 (in which Z represents --O--, --S--, --SO--, --NR.sup.4 -- or --CR.sup.4 R.sup.5 -- and R.sup.3, R.sup.4 and R.sup.5, which may be the same or different, each represent a hydrogen atom or a straight or branched aliphatic group having 1-12 carbon atoms and which may optionally carry one or more substituents) and R.sup.2 represents a hydrogen atom or R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 together represent an oxo group or an optionally substituted alkylidene group, except that R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 together with the group --CH(CH.sub.3)CH-- to which they are attached do not represent a group having the branched 17.beta.-hydrocarbyl side chain skeleton of vitamin D.sub.2 or vitamin D.sub.
