Abstract: This invention relates to the prefetching of content items, for example, prefetching of videos, to make the content items accessible from a local data store (118) of the mobile device (112). A processor (114) determines for each of the multiple content items a benefit value associated with an access time. The processor (114) also determines for each of the multiple content items an estimated prefetching cost associated with a prefetching time. Then, the processor (114) selects one of the multiple content items for downloading at the associated prefetching time based on the benefit values and the prefetching cost at the prefetching time. This way, the prefetching can be managed such that the most useful content item which the user will likely access soon are downloaded while at the same time minimising the cost.

An embodiment based upon a typical broad brimmed hat with a polymer shield projecting down from the front brim is described. Other embodiments are described with specific interest to persons who may now wish to cover their hair. A device for placing the polymer shield under tension to reduce visual distortion of the shield and increase its resistance to being ruffled by wind is usable with all embodiments of this invention.

A qualified intermediary conducts the like kind exchanges to provide a buffer between the asset manager and realizations resulting from exchange transactions. A trustee bank provides finding for purchase and sale of assets, and all transaction information is recorded in a database suitable for providing required regulatory reports.

Abstract: An isothermal equilibrium system takes point sources of heat generated by the operation of heat generating components and spreads the heat throughout the system where the heat may be dissipated. An atomizer for atomizing a liquid coolant, is positioned inside a sealed housing. The atomized liquid coolant is distributed as a thin film over the surface of the heat generating components and the wall of the sealed housing. Heat is transferred from the surface of the heat generating components by vaporization of at least a portion of the thin film of liquid coolant. The coolant vapor condenses on the housing and other cool surfaces and returns to the liquid state. The system heat is then removed from the outer surfaces of the housing using conventional heat transfer mechanisms including free or forced air convection and/or circulation of liquid coolant over the exterior of the housing. If additional cooling is desired, heat exchanger tubes may be included inside the sealed housing.
