  • Patent number: 12078454
Abstract: A laserless combat simulation device includes at least one processing device and a memory device having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by the at least one processing device cause the at least one processing device to receive a trigger event from a weapon device. The instructions further cause the at least one processing device to receive image data from an optical sensor array of the weapon device of a field of view of the weapon device, receive position information and orientation information of the weapon device at the time of the trigger event, analyze the image data to determine an identity and location of a target, and calculate a ballistic outcome based at least in part on the position information and orientation information of the weapon device, the identity and location of the target, and ballistic characteristics of a simulated round fired from the weapon device.

  • Patent number: 6932550
Abstract: A pair of handle covers that are adapted for positioning over handles of a motorcycle. The pair of handle covers each have an open inner end and a closed outer end. The open inner end is closable via a drawstring. The drawstring has opposed free ends disposed outwardly of the handle cover. The free ends of the drawstring each have a grommet secured thereto. The pair of handle covers are positioned over the handles of the motorcycle as the motorcycle is positioned atop a transportation trailer. A pair of straps each has free ends having hooked fasteners. The grommets each receive the hooked fasteners from one of the free ends of the straps therein, and the hooked fasteners are then extended downwardly diagonal with the hooked fasteners of the other free end thereof coupling with the transportation trailer.

  • Patent number: 6859654
Abstract: A service node is provided in a mobile communications network which collects radio link measurement reports which are transmitted to the service node by mobile stations. The mobile stations transmit the measurement reports in encapsulated form, in the form of SMS messages, in order to prevent the interception of the measurement report by the serving base station. The service node is able to perform handover decision algorithms using the measurement reports collected from the mobile stations in order to determine appropriate radio access nodes to be allocated to the mobile stations.

  • Patent number: 4528736
Abstract: Apparatus for inserting conventional pile weatherstripping, for example, into a T-slot in an object includes a member which slides longitudinally relative to the object along the T-slot and is guided so as to remain fixed laterally with respect to the object during relative longitudinal movement. A guideway for the weatherstrip extends through the member and is inclined downwardly towards an exit adjacent the T-slot. The guideway also is angled relative to the T-slot to hold the backing of the pile weatherstrip at an angle at which one of the flanges of the backing can move into the groove of the T-slot through the T-slot opening. A finger, presser wheel or the like located upstream from the guideway exit extends into the T-slot through the T-slot opening and engages with the other of the flanges of the pile weatherstrip to move the other of the flanges into the T-slot groove through the T-slot opening.
