  • Patent number: 5934100
Abstract: An adjustable beverage keg cooling apparatus for cooling various sized beverage kegs of a flexible jacket or wrap for encasing the beverage keg to be cooled. The jacket is adapted to retain refrigerateable gel packs in receptacles or pockets which are integrally embodied in the wrap and form two rows of parallel pockets positioned in substantially symmetrical aligned relationship about the longitudinal central axis of the wrap. The two symmetrical rows of paired parallel vertical pockets extend from the bottom and the top of the beverage keg. In one embodiment, the beverage keg cooling arrangement the wrap is secured about the side wall portion of a beverage keg by means of a hook and fiber fastening means.

  • Patent number: 4205585
Abstract: This invention relates to an improved light display/projection system which synthesizes an infinite variety of pleasing geometrical patterns in response to electrical stimuli. When a hi-fidelity sound system is used to provide audio signals, the unit becomes suitable as a self-contained home or commercial entertainment device. Accordingly, the invention is described as an electrical signal to visual pattern conversion system comprising a housing, within which is operably assembled; at least one electromechanical transducer adapted to receive an audio frequency electrical input; at least one mechanical, pneumatic or electromagnetic or combination thereof coupling device for each transducer, coupling the transducer to at least one elastic membrane fixedly attached at its peripheral edge with a suitable clamp; at least one mirror attached parallel to the outer surface of the, or each, membrane and; at least one laser source positioned so as to direct light to the, or each, mirror.

  • Patent number: 4043041
Abstract: A dental treatment control unit for controlling the flow of air and/or water to dental treatment instruments. The flow of air and/or water through flexible lines to selected ones of the dental instruments is regulated by line squeezing lever arms that are normally biased for squeezing the flexible lines to prevent the flow of air and/or water therethrough. The lever arms are moved in response to the operation of a foot control mechanism to unsqueeze those air and/or water lines that are connected to the selected dental treatment instruments. A foot pedal controls a closed hydraulic system which includes a hydraulic actuator which operates a piston to move the line squeezing lever arms.Flow of air and/or water to only selected dental treatment instruments is automatically programmed by positioning the hydraulic actuator and piston adjacent the squeezing lever arm corresponding to the selected instrument.
