    Abstract: Catalytic conversion of hydrocarbons is carried out by contacting the same with a family of crystalline zeolites designated as ZSM-having the composition expressed as mol ratios of oxides as follows:0.9.+-.M.sub.2/n O:Al.sub.2 O.sub.3 :ySiO.sub.2 :zH.sub.2 Owherein M is at least one cation having a valence n, y is at least 5 and z is between 0-40, said aluminosilicates characterized by a specific X-ray powder diffraction pattern.
