  • Publication number: 20140317015
Abstract: Methods and systems are provided to compute a financial advisor score based on demographic and professional data, or variables, associated with a financial advisor. In particular, subgroups based on the values of the variables for multiple financial advisors are created; based on sales attributed to the subgroup of financial advisors and the number of financial advisors in each subgroup, a weighting for each variable associated with each financial advisor is derived. A plurality of variable weights associated with each financial advisor may be added together and scaled yielding a financial advisor score.

  • Patent number: 7540187
Abstract: A sight glass apparatus providing visual information concerning the presence of absence of liquid in a refrigeration system has a sight glass with a pair of clear glass bodies secure to a housing having a chamber for the liquid. The bodies have angled prismatic surfaces. One body includes a convex lenses that directs light to a colored member that reflects a colored toroid image when the chamber is full of liquid. A moisture sensing element is mounted on the sight glass to identify the presence of water in refrigeration and air conditioning systems.

  • Patent number: 6578418
Abstract: A sight glass apparatus has a liquid level indicator for identifying the level of a clear to slightly translucent liquid in tube by a change in color of the indicator. The indicator has a transparent body with a convex lens, and a concave lens at opposite ends of the body, and V-grooves open to opposite sides of the body. A moisture indicating medium on the body functions to identify the presence of water in refrigeration and air-conditioning systems.
