    Abstract: A hot melt adhesive suitable for bonding plastic, metal, and glass together has been developed by blending together into a homogenous mixture 10 to 20 weight percent of ethylene/vinyl acetate/acid functional terpolymer resin of low acid number, 15 to 50 weight percent of ethylene/vinyl acetate/acrylic acid terpolymer resin of high acid number and 30 to 60 weight percent of tackifying resins based on alpha-methylstyrene, rosin, or a terpene resin. Additionally, suitable antioxidants and surfactants are added to control the aging and application of the composition.
