Abstract: Digital document and network management (DDMS) system includes digitizing a document into a standard digital format, and storing the digitized document in an authoritative CTR governance database. The DDMS system also includes organizing a plurality of technical requirements extracted from the digitized contract within the authoritative CTR governance database, and linking a plurality of network function test cases to the plurality of technical requirements. Furthermore, the DDMS system includes storing a plurality of results in the authoritative CTR governance database.
