The accessory may further include a butyl-based layer adjacent to the elastomeric layer. The accessory may also include a protective layer configured as a liner, the protective layer arranged adjacent to the butyl-based layer such that the butyl-based layer is sandwiched between the first and protective layers. The accessory may have elongation at break of up to about 1800%.
