    Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure include a bicycle mount apparatus for securing a bicycle within a container, such as a shipping container. The apparatus includes a base plate having at least one aperture and a reinforcement plate having at least one mounting pin. Each mounting pin is configured to be inserted through a side of the container and an aperture. The side of the container is sandwiched between the base plate and the reinforcement plate. The apparatus also includes a bicycle fork extension extending up from the base plate and configured to couple to a bicycle fork of the bicycle. In some aspects, the apparatus also includes a bicycle fork assembly configured to couple to the bicycle fork extension. The bicycle fork assembly includes a plurality of bicycle fork adapters. Each bicycle fork adapter is configured to couple to the bicycle fork of the bicycle.

    Abstract: A collapsible shipping container comprises a lid, a base, and a dolly. The lid includes a top wall and a plurality of lid side walls extending downward from the top wall. The base includes a bottom wall and a plurality of base side walls extending upward from the bottom wall. The top wall and the bottom wall are each generally triangular in shape. The base and the lid are releasably engageable to each other and are each convertible between an erected form and a collapsed form. The dolly includes a support frame and a pair of wheels rotatably mounted to the support frame. The support frame is connected to the base with the wheels projecting through respective holes formed in the base.

    Abstract: A rigid and compact bicycle shipping container is used to ship a bicycle having a detached front wheel, a rear wheel, a pair of pedals, handle bars, and a frame with a front fork. The container comprises opposing top and bottom walls, a pair of side walls, a rear wall, and various mounting elements mounted to the bottom wall to detachably engage the bicycle. Each of the top and bottom walls has a generally triangular shape. The pair of side walls and the rear wall bridge the opposing top and bottom walls. The side walls and the rear wall are arranged to form a triangle. The mounting elements include a front fork mount detachably engaging the front fork of the bicycle, a wheel mount detachably engaging the detached front wheel of the bicycle, and a wheel track receiving the rear wheel of the bicycle. The shipping container securely and stably holds a bicycle while requiring minimal disassembly thereof.

    Abstract: A reusable master chain link for a derailler chain comprises first and second parallel pins extending between first and second parallel plates. The first pin includes first and second heads at opposite ends thereof and the second pin also includes first and second heads at opposite ends thereof. The first and second plates have respective first and second apertures formed therein. The first and second apertures have respective narrow circular portions narrower than the respective first heads of the first and second pins. The narrow circular portions further include respective countersinks formed therein for receiving and substantially concealing the respective first heads of the first and second pins and substantially concealing the first heads within the respective narrow circular portions. The first and second apertures further include respective wide circular portions wider than the respective first heads of the first and second pins.
