Abstract: Sound signal generator, comprising a housing (1,2) containing a microcontroller for the storage and control of reproduction of several sound messages, and a loudspeaker for reproducing the said sound messages connected to the in lieu thereof microcontroller. The housing of the sound-signal generator also carries, over at least a portion of its outer wall, a keyboard associated with the microcontroller and formed by selection keys (3) respectively bearing identification symbols for the sound messages stored in the microcontroller.

Abstract: The device comprises at least one printed circuit board (11,12) on which is fixed a heightening board (15) comprising at least one opening (16) for forming with the surface of the printed circuit board (12) located in facing relation to the opening, the bottom and the lateral walls of a cavity (17) for at least one integrated circuit (18) connected with the printed circuit carried by the board defining the bottom of the cavity by means of conductive wires (19). The cavity containing the integrated circuit is filled with a resin (22) completely covering the integrated circuit. The printed circuit board (11,12) is cut on its periphery along a line of through holes (23) provided with a metal coating (24) and connected to printed conductors of the board, metallized grooves (23,24) resulting from the cutting constituting connection terminals of the device.

Abstract: A descrambler apparatus for use with a video transmitter which transmits scrambled video transmission without detectable horizontal or vertical synchronizing pulses but with a descramble signal which occurs at a random time in each frame and which is coded with information indicating the length of time that the signal precedes a fixed preselected point in the transmitted frames. The descrambler apparatus detects the coding of each descramble signal and, after a length of time corresponding to the coding, generates a full frame sequence of horizontal and vertical sync pulses starting at the preselected point in a frame. The generated sync pulses are combined with the received video signals to produce a properly synchronized video signal.
