Abstract: A building system for housing electronic equipment is described. The building system includes a building stack that includes an instrumentation modular building unit, with an internal configuration of space in the instrumentation modular building unit configured to house electronics equipment, a power modular building unit, with an internal configuration of space in the power modular building unit storing power distribution equipment, power filtering equipment and uninterruptible power supplies and further configured to deliver electronic power to the instrumentation modular building unit; and a cooling modular unit comprising an air conditioner unit and a water chiller unit, with the instrumentation modular building unit, the power unit modular building unit and the cooling modular unit stacked together.

Abstract: An improved hand tool includes an improved handle apparatus. The handle apparatus includes an elongated handle having a non-circular external cross-section and further includes an elongated support that comprises an elongated end extending from the handle and having a substantially circular cross-sectional shape. A tool apparatus includes a tool and a socket, with the socket having an opening formed therein. The end of the handle apparatus is received with an interference fit in the opening formed in the socket to retain the handle apparatus and the tool apparatus together. A collar can additionally be provided about the socket to improve the aesthetic properties of the connection between the socket and handle and to increase the toughness of the connection therebetween.

Abstract: A method of cooling a PVC dry blend powder in a vessel by spraying a liquified inert gas into the vessel such that the liquified inert gas contacts the powder. The PVC dry blend powder is made by mixing a powdered PVC resin with ingredients selected from the group consisting of plasticizers, stabilizers, and pigments in a mixing vessel by using a heating and mixing cycle followed by a liquified inert gas cooling cycle. The flow properties of PVC dry blend powder made by this method have an improved shelf life.

Abstract: An adjustable dock support for a dock of the kind having an upstanding piling and a load carrying part including a member to be supported on the piling. The dock support comprises an elongate flexible member for at least partly enwrapping the piling at a desired height thereon. A base member is engageable with a portion of the perimeter of the piling opposite the flexible member. An over center lever member is pivoted with respect to the base member, from an open position to a closed position, and is engageable with the flexible member for tightly enlooping the piling and therewith snugly gripping the piling with the base member and flexible member. A carrier is fixed with respect to the base member for supporting a load carrying member of the dock.
