  • Publication number: 20080007148
Abstract: This self-closing, sliding door assembly is used for a cabinet having a front opening and a pair of doors each mounted for movement in upper and lower tracks. A counterweight is attached to each door by a sash-line having a vertical length attached to the counterweight and a horizontal length attached to an associated door. The sash-line is guided from the vertical to the horizontal by a pair of pulley bracket assemblies one being mounted to a cabinet wall in a vertical plane and the other being mounted to a cabinet wall in a horizontal plane. The sash-line is retained on the pulleys by the pulley brackets during movement of the counterweight to guard against slip off the pulleys.

  • Publication number: 20020066282
Abstract: This merchandiser (10) with horizontal air curtain includes an insulated product compartment (11) having an open access top (20); an evaporator compartment (22) for cooling air supplied from a fan compartment (26) and an air circulation system (25) having an upper outlet (40) at one side of the product compartment (11), an upper inlet at the other side of the product compartment disposed across from the outlet (40) and air circulation passages (30) and (32) communicating between the inlet (42) and the fan compartment (26). The outlet (40) discharges air from the evaporator compartment (22) into the return air inlet (42) and the inlet (42) returns air to the fan compartment (26) to provide a continuous air curtain for protecting the product compartment (11) from the incursion of ambient air so that the product (B) is maintained in a cool condition. The product compartment (11) includes a holding rack (48) adapted to hold single depth rows of partitioned vertical columns of bottles (B).

  • Patent number: 5433082
Abstract: This cooler refrigeration system is for a cooler (10) having a storage compartment (12) including opposed side walls (16) an upper wall (18), a lower wall (20), and front and rear walls (22, 24) at least one of said front and rear walls (22, 24) providing an access door. The storage compartment (12) includes a circulation system (30) including a duct (32) disposed below the upper wall (18) providing an air inlet (34) in the midportion and air outlets (36) at the opposed end portions. The circulation system (30) provides two counter air flow paths A1, A2 by drawing air upwardly through the air inlets (34) by fans (40), cooling said air by directing the air outwardly across coils (38) disposed between each air inlet (34) and each air outlet (36) and directing said cooled air downwardly through each air outlet (36) and guiding the air along opposed side walls (16) to said lower wall (20) to be again drawn upwardly into the air inlet (34).
