The conductor piercing washer device for a fastening member includes a fastening member having a shaft portion and a head portion; and also includes a washer member being removably mounted about the shaft portion of the fastening member; and further includes a washer stopper member being securely attached about the shaft portion of the fastening member and being spaced from the head portion of the fastening member.
