  • Publication number: 20260104851
Abstract: Systems and methods are disclosed herein for synchronous music streaming. The systems and methods can determine that a first user computing device is connected to a first music streaming service and access data associated with the first music streaming service. The systems and methods can identify a playback position of a song playing in the first music streaming service based on the data and synchronize the song to the atomic clock based on the playback position. The systems and methods can determine that a second user computing device is connected to a second music streaming service and start the song in the second music streaming service at the playback position of the song based on the synchronization. The song can thereby play in sync via both music streaming services on both user computing device, regardless of the music streaming service provider and user computing device operating system.

  • Patent number: 12440073
Abstract: A tube holder comprising: a rod having an outer diameter that is smaller than an inner diameter of a tube, wherein said rod is adapted to receive said tube thereon; and two barriers adapted to keep said tube in a dispensing position on said rod between said barriers. At least one of said barriers is a retractable barrier adapted to move between an extended position and a retracted position within said rod. The extended position prevents axial movement of said tube past said retractable barrier and said retracted position allows axial movement of said tube past said retractable barrier. Thus, said tube holder is configured for loading said tube into said dispensing position when said retractable barrier is in said retracted position and for locking said tube into said dispensing position when said retractable barrier is in its extended position.

  • Publication number: 20230404895
Abstract: The present technology relates to compositions suitable for depositing personal care actives onto keratinous substrates. More particularly, the technology concerns compositions comprising lipophilic materials which are deposited from an ampholytic-anionic delivery system. The compositions exhibit high deposition of the lipophilic material onto keratinous substrates such as the skin, nails, and/or hair upon application thereto. In one aspect, the disclosed technology relates to a personal care deposition composition for depositing a lipophilic material onto a keratinous substrate comprising: a) at least one ampholytic polymer; b) at least one anionic polymer; c) at least one lipophilic material; and d) water, wherein the weight ratio of the at least one ampholytic polymer to the at least one anionic polymer ranges from about 10:1 to about 1:1.

  • Patent number: 11495197
Abstract: A practice musical instrument configured to mimic implement rebound produced when playing a conventional version of the musical instrument can include a plurality of spaced-apart, rectangular keys. At least two of the keys can have a different length. A strike pad can be attached to a top surface of each key. Each strike pad can be formed of rubber. Each strike pad can be sized to the key to which it is attached. Hitting one of the strike pads with an implement can produce a rebound of the implement that mimics a rebound of the implement when hitting a corresponding key of the conventional version of the instrument. Hitting one of the strike pads with the implement produces a sound that is quieter than when the implement hits a corresponding key of the conventional version of the instrument.
