The present invention is also directed to one or more data bases that are accessible to professional service providers either prior to or during or after performing a work assignment for a specific customer or organization. The present invention also encompasses a rating system and/or reviews by a professional service provider either prior to or during or after performing a work assignment for a specific customer, on not only for the job but also on the client or customer. Ads for generating income could also be displayed or transmitted during any communication.
