Abstract: An intravascular catheter for peri-vascular and/or peri-urethral tissue ablation includes multiple needles advanced through supported guide tubes which expand around a central axis to engage the interior surface of the wall of the renal artery or other vessel of a human body allowing the injection an ablative fluid for ablating tissue, and/or nerve fibers in the outer layer or deep to the outer layer of the vessel, or in prostatic tissue. The system may also include a means to limit and/or adjust the depth of penetration of the ablative fluid into and beyond the tissue of the vessel wall. The catheter may also include structures which provide radial and/or lateral support to the guide tubes so that the guide tubes expand uniformly and maintain their position against the interior surface of the vessel wall as the sharpened injection needles are advanced to penetrate into the vessel wall.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a novel, engineered enveloped vector that can be used for gene delivery. The engineered enveloped vector comprises an engineered envelope comprising: (a) a viral envelope protein and optionally, (b) a non-viral membrane-bound protein. The present disclosure also provides a method of making and using the engineered enveloped vector.

Abstract: An insulated window buck with integrated fastening and anchor elements for a self aligning cut or molded insulated concrete form (ICF) window buck. The insulated window buck with integrated fastening and anchor generally includes an insulated ICF window and door buck made with multiple components with a configuration that allows for the use of various type of materials' on the face and edges of the buck, and have the ability to friction fit to the inside of an ICF wall so as no external bracing or strapping is needed to keep the buck aligned with the ICF wall during concrete placement. Having a firm insulation material component on the internal portion of the buck is an integral part of the invention in that through the use of recesses in the insulation material the fluid concrete can flow into these recesses and make a permanent bond to the buck.

The system includes a frame mounted to the wall around the valve, a panel connected to the frame for covering an opening in the wall to expose the valve, the panel having an opening, a plate mounted to the panel to close the panel opening and a handle mounted to the plate. The system also includes a linkage pivotally connected to the plate and to the valve, such that vertical movement of the handle and plate are translated to rotational movement by the linkage so as to operate the valve. There are no openings apparent in the front of the shower system. The handle only moves vertically and at a constant distance of about one and a half inches from the wall. An eye/face wash station may be included with the shower. The eye/face wash station includes a pull down tray with two spray nozzles. The nozzles are connected to another valve which is opened by the rotation of the pull down tray.
