  • Patent number: 11928526
Abstract: Techniques for standardizing a catalog of data and for using the standardized data to implement various APIs are disclosed. Non-standardized data is received. This data includes information describing items, customer information, and unstructured review data. The non-standardized data is converted to a standardized format, resulting in the generation of standardized data. The standardized data includes a hierarchy of defined categories. Each category is associated with a set of attribute types. The standardized data also includes anonymized profiles. The unstructured review data is also provided structure. A data model is generated based on the standardized data. Various APIs can then use the data model to perform operations.

  • Patent number: 11717371
Abstract: An instrument protector backer card provides enhanced structural integrity of a sterile package solution for medical instruments. A mounting surface has a strap for holding a removable medical instrument. A shield member is movable from a non-deployed position into a deployed position to define an open-ended pocket to receive an end of the medical instrument therein. A flap may be used to hold jointed medical instrument in an open position.

  • Publication number: 20230149584
Abstract: A medical instrument sterilization backer card includes a flap extending from an end of a base and foldable over the base to form an open-ended pocket that receives an end of a shaft of the medical instrument therein. A second flap extends from the base and is foldable over the base to form a shell defining a compartment configured to receive a head of the medical instrument therein. The assembled backer card holds and protects the medical instrument during and after sterilization.

  • Publication number: 20220346977
Abstract: Improved hip arthroplasty trial devices and hip arthroplasty trial systems are described. A hip arthroplasty trial device has a head member having a central axis and defining an inner chamber, a head member opening providing access to the inner chamber, and a cavity extending inward from the outer surface of the head member. A rotatable member is disposed in the inner chamber and along an axis between the central axis and one side of the head member. The cavity extends along an axis between the central axis and another, opposite side of the head member. A spacer is disposed within the head member opening and is moveable between a spacer first position and a spacer second position. Rotational movement of the rotatable member moves the spacer from the spacer first position to the spacer second position.

  • Patent number: 11464500
Abstract: A device comprising a trocar having a first end and comprising a cannulation and at least one fenestration proximal the first end; and a housing comprising a first port configured for the attachment of a first syringe and a second port configured for the attachment of a collection vessel, a first valve configured to selectively permit fluid flow through the cannulation of the trocar to the first port, and a second valve configured to selectively permit fluid flow through the cannulation of the trocar to the second port. The device allows the first syringe to draw up bone marrow in small volumes with high vacuum and then transfer the small draws into the collection vessel. The device may increase the recovery of desired cells residing in the bone marrow to be recovered during a bone marrow aspiration procedure.
