    Abstract: Various aspects of the subject technology related to systems, methods, and machine-readable media for utilizing an inhaler monitoring system is provided. The inhaler monitoring system may include a medicament device configured to provide medication to a user. The medicament device may include a mouthpiece, wherein the mouthpiece comprise a sensor configured to measure an airflow through the mouthpiece and generate a signal associated with the airflow. The sensor can be oriented parallel to the airflow through the mouthpiece. The system may include a processor and memory that stores instructions. The instructions can cause the processor to transmit the signal from the sensor, and facilitate an artificial reality environment. The system can include an artificial reality headset configured to permit the user to interact in the artificial reality environment.
