Patent number: 10153992Abstract: Non-automated read-and-reply console messages may be automated. These messages may be classified into impact groups in which the messages may be removed from the database or sent to an automation analyzer for analysis. As more messages become automated, a debugging mode may be enabled to allow an operator to respond to a message with a proposed action. If the proposed action is aligned with an action predetermined in response to the automation analysis, the operator may be allowed to respond to future actions.Type: GrantFiled: April 28, 2015Date of Patent: December 11, 2018Assignee: UNISYS CORPORATIONInventors: James R Malnati, John Troini, Robert Jamieson

Patent number: 9582381Abstract: Systems and methods for multi-threaded server control automation for disaster recovery are described. A method may include initiating a disaster recovery sequence on two or more processors, wherein the disaster recovery sequence comprises a plurality of subsequences. The method may also include implementing the disaster recovery sequence on the two or more processors in parallel, wherein one or more subsequences of the disaster recovery sequence are implemented on the two or more processors in parallel. Upon completion of the disaster recovery sequence, at least one server partition is repurposed from a first configuration, such as a test configuration, to a second configuration, such as a production configuration.Type: GrantFiled: June 12, 2014Date of Patent: February 28, 2017Assignee: Unisys CorporationInventors: James R Malnati, Robert Jamieson

Patent number: 9550651Abstract: A coil support with a coil of a trimmer line has a coil core with an outer wall surface and first and second axial ends. At the axial ends securing elements that project past the wall surface of the coil core are provided for positional fixation of the coil wound onto the coil core. A securing element provided at the first axial end is a support plate with a longitudinal center axis. The size of the support plate is provided in the direction of the longitudinal center axis with a greater extension than transverse to the longitudinal center axis such that the support plate in a first radial direction of the coil core is greater than in a second radial direction. The coil core is fixedly connected with the support plate and with the further securing elements that are provided on the second axial end.Type: GrantFiled: March 5, 2013Date of Patent: January 24, 2017Assignee: Andreas Stihl AG & Co. Patent number: 8684656Abstract: A loader mast-to-mounting frame pin arrangement is provided. The pin arrangement has stops added to a shaft that allow the pin to be held in two positions: the locked position and the parked position. In the locked position, a unique slot cut in the mast plate retains the pin by not allowing an eccentric protrusion on the shaft from passing through the slot when the pin is rotated to place the shaft in the top of the slot. When the pin is rotated so the shaft is towards the bottom of the slot, the eccentric protrusion is allowed to pass through the mast plate and the pin can be pulled out until it hits another protrusion on the shaft. At this point, the pin will stay in the mast but the loader can be removed from the tractor. To prevent the pin from rotating by itself, when in the locked position, and the loader coming unlatched, a spring loaded knob engages in the slot which prevents the shaft from being able to rotate to the unlocked position.Type: GrantFiled: October 29, 2010Date of Patent: April 1, 2014Assignee: Deere & CompanyInventors: Tyler Eugene Hilsden, Scott Robert Jamieson, Henry Friesen

Patent number: 8544885Abstract: A parking stand arrangement for a tractor-mounted front loader includes a parking stand mounted to each of a pair of arm sections which are inclined downwardly and forwardly to a carried implement resting on the ground. Each parking stand includes a support leg and a brace, the latter being about half the length of the former and having a rear end pivotally mounted to a location approximately halfway between opposite ends of the support leg and an forward end pivotally mounted to a lower region of an associated loader arm section. The support leg and brace may be stored on the loader arm section by folding them together with a catch carried by the brace becoming releasably engaged with the support leg. The folded support leg and brace are then pivoted against the loader arm section and secured to it by a releasable latch which secures the top of the support leg to the arm section to establish a stored position.Type: GrantFiled: December 10, 2009Date of Patent: October 1, 2013Assignee: Deere & CompanyInventors: Henry Albert Lanting, Radu Traian Guja, Scott Robert Jamieson, Henry Friesen
