Abstract: A method and apparatus for testing formations surrounding an earth borehole. The method includes the following steps: providing a tool movable through the borehole; providing a flow line in the tool; establishing fluid communication between the formations and the flow line of the tool; and providing a sand trap in communication with the flow line of the tool for trapping sand flowing with fluid from the formations.

Abstract: An embodiment of a cushioning pad for use on the seat backs and seat bottoms of outdoor stadium seating is described along with embodiments of stadium seats incorporating the cushioning pads. Additionally in another embodiment, a method of retrofitting stadium seating is further described. One embodiment of the cushioning pad comprises a self-skinning polyurethane foam having attachment fasteners integrally formed therein.

Abstract: A system for and method of litigation management and support for providing logical analysis of the critical problem of proving a legal case at trial, including the computer hardware for and software program steps of: (1) specifying the claims or defenses at issue; (2) specifying the elements of the particular claim or defense; (3) identifying what evidence is in hand; (4) identifying what evidence must still be secured; (5) estimating how much will it cost to secure the evidence; (6) estimating the strength of the evidence; (7) estimating the strength of the desired inferences from the evidence; (8) identifying what rules of law affect the proof; (9) estimating the likely resolution of disputed points of law; and (10) specifying the logical relationships among the elements of the claim or defense, the evidence and the rules of law.
