Abstract: A two way modular radio apparatus capable of integrating with smart devices to enable users of the smart devices to communicate with a plurality of other smart device users through a common radio frequency without the use of the internet or other cellular connections. The modular radio is comprised of a housing integrated with a radio frequency (RF) transceiver, a control processor for processing the radio signals from the RF transceiver, a switch for switching between the RF transceiver and other radio cards integrated with the smart device and a plurality of anchor units for electronically coupling the RF transceiver, control processor and the switch with the electronic components of the smart device. A push to talk button on the apparatus enables a user to transmit their voice communication to another user and an antenna attached to the apparatus amplifies the voice communications transmitted and received.

Abstract: The present invention relates generally to a radio device. More specifically, the present invention is a multiband two-way radio and Radio over Internet Protocol (RoIP) device onto which a mobile device may be docked. Embodiments of the present invention incorporate the features of two-way radio and RoIP into the mobile device platform. Embodiments of the present invention are also capable of functioning as a standalone device independent of a mobile device. Embodiments of the device serve as a protective case for the mobile device and also features a secondary battery for the mobile device or for the device during independent use.

Abstract: The Menace Garage Lock-MGL is mounted to each side of the door, and the abutting door frame is equipped with the dead bolt receiver or housing, a one-quarter inch cast steel plate bolted to the frame, with a U-shaped bracket into which the dead bolt slides. The dead bolt is cylindrical and possesses the unique characteristic of rotating freely upon its longitudinal axis, which means that even if a thief attempted to saw through it with a hacksaw blade, the dead bolt simply rotates, and thus cannot be cut.
