  • Publication number: 20160324010
Abstract: A method for forming an electrically conductive structure on a plastic substrate is provided. An ink, which contains electrically conductive solid particles, is printed on the plastic substrate, where copper particles are used as electrically conductive solid particles. After the printing of the ink, only the surface regions of the plastic substrate on which the electrically conductive structure is to be formed are swept over within a vacuum chamber by means of an electron beam having a first energy per unit length, causing sintering of the copper particles.

  • Publication number: 20130205950
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for producing nanoparticles from a noble metal and to the use of the nanoparticles produced using the method. It is the object of the invention to provide possibilities for a simple and inexpensive production of nanoparticles from a noble metal in which influence can be directly made on the particle size of the nanoparticles thus produced. Nanoparticles of silver, gold and platinum can be produced with an adjustable particle size using the method in accordance with the invention. A chemical compound of the respective noble metal is dissolved in an aqueous solution or the noble metal is dissolved in an acid mixture. An aqueous solution containing at least one surfactant is added to the respective solution and a reductant is additionally added with silver and platinum. The parameters: concentration of the chemical compound or of the noble metal, the temperature, pH and the fraction of surfactant are influenced to influence the particle size.

  • Publication number: 20120208265
Abstract: The present invention relates to a channel structure for a bioreactor, biochemical reactor, chemical reactor or a reformer comprising a plurality of individual layers stacked on one another and having a respective plurality of openings which pass completely through the respective individual layer and which are characterized in that at least two directly adjacent individual layers each have at least one layer section whose openings are arranged in the form of a pattern respectively regular in two dimensions and in that at least two of the layer sections provided with such a pattern in this manner of directly adjacent individual layers overlap at least in part, wherein the openings of the two at least partly overlapping layer sections are rotated and/or offset with respect to one another in the overlap region.
