  • Publication number: 20240106975
Abstract: A system for collaborative video recording is described. The system may include a reference clock configured to track a reference time. The system may provide, to a plurality of recording devices, a synchronization code for a collaborative video recording session. The system may identify the plurality of recording devices as participants in the collaborative video recording session. The collaborative video recording session may include broadcasting one or more synchronization signals to synchronize the plurality of recording devices to the reference time tracked by the reference clock. The collaborative video recording session may include receiving a plurality of videos from the plurality of recording devices, wherein the plurality of videos comprise timestamps based on synchronization to the reference time. The collaborative video recording session may include generating a shared timeline for the plurality of videos, wherein the shared timeline synchronizes the timestamps between the plurality of videos.

  • Patent number: 6391369
Abstract: Butters are made from high oleic vegetable oils during a procedure by which a large percentage of the oleic acid is transformed into trans-configured elaidic acid, without significantly increasing the saturated fat present in the high oleic vegetable oil. The vegetable oils have an initial oleic acid content of at least about 75 weight percent, with the hard butter made from it being a high elaidic hard fat having at least about 65% trans-configured elaidic acid. The preferred process is a single-step procedure of hydrogenation in the presence of a deadened catalyst such as a sulfur-poisoned nickel catalyst.

  • Patent number: 6182596
Abstract: A system for minimizing the effects of shock and vibration in a high speed vessel with an inner hull and an outer hull. It is a system of dampers, springs and stabilizer linkages in a high speed vessel that control the relative motion of an inner hull to an outer hull, thereby minimizing the effects of shock and vibration in the inner hull. Leaf spring assemblies may be used or as a substitute, torsion rod assemblies may be used, both in combination with dampers such as shock absorbers.

  • Patent number: 6173203
Abstract: A floating mounting structure is provided for protectively mounting an electronic circuitry system within an automated external defibrillator case. A method of assembling an electronic circuitry system within an automated external defibrillator case is also provided. A circuit mounting system is utilized and includes a spacer and a shock mount. The spacer may include cut out portions to accommodate raised elements on circuit boards of the electronic circuitry system. The spacer is disposed between two circuit boards which may be affixed to each other. The affixed circuit boards and spacer are folded within the shock mount and disposed within the defibrillator case. Alternatively, a single mounting structure may be used to secure and protect the circuit board within the defibrillator case. A shielding may be present on an exterior surface of the foam mounting structures to protect the electronic circuitry from electromagnetic interference.

  • Patent number: 6090203
Abstract: An apparatus and method for applying a liquid dressing to a bowling lane has a chassis with wheels to guide the chassis along the longitudinal length of the lane. A spray nozzle for spraying the liquid dressing onto the bowing lane is mounted to reciprocation on the chassis and in a transverse direction parallel to the transverse width of the bowling lane. A metering valve meters liquid dressing to the spray nozzle as the spray nozzle moves in the transverse direction and at controlled velocity for applying the dressing in a selected profile across the transverse width of the lane.

  • Patent number: 6064909
Abstract: An automated external defibrillator (AED) having a housing and an openable lid with a water resistant speaker port formed in the housing below the openable lid. A water resistant fabric is attached underneath the speaker port to resist water passing into the interior of the AED while allowing clear sound output from the speaker located beneath the speaker port. A microphone is positioned adjacent to the speaker port in the AED for recording emergency scene ambient activities. This position uses the existing water resistant opening thereby taking advantage of the good sound transmitting properties of the opening for recording purposes and at the same time eliminating the need for an additional cavity in the housing where water could ingress. Positioning the microphone near the speaker also eliminates the need for an additional wiring harness.
