Abstract: A computerized system for transacting the purchase and sale of consumer motor fuels between motor fuel merchants and retail consumers through software on a mobile or desktop connected device for periods in the future through the simultaneous execution of multi-party, multi-layered contingent transactions and pricing algorithms to ensure that all inter-related motor fuel merchant transactions are simultaneously transacted upon a retail consumer purchase execution. Motor fuels include refined products such as gasoline and diesel fuel, renewable fuels (e.g. ethanol, biodiesel), natural gas (including liquefied natural gas), jet fuel and electricity.

Abstract: Garments having an evacuation harness that are intended for connection to each other, with each garment having an outer wear unit including at least a torso portion and an evacuation harness that includes a torso strap system connected to the outer wear unit. The garments may include an outer wear pant having a leg strap system. Garments that are similar to each other conveniently may be used in a rescue garment system. Also disclosed are methods of connecting an individual to be rescued to one or more rescuers wearing similar garments.

Abstract: A harness having a deployable rappelling assembly is disclosed. The harness includes a strap construction including an upper torso securing portion having shoulder straps that extend from a rear torso portion to a front torso portion, a leg securing portion extending downward from the rear torso portion and having right and left leg straps, each of the left and right leg straps including a releasable connector, and a rappelling assembly connected to the front torso portion. The rappelling assembly may fold from a stowed position to a deployed position, and include loops and a cross member. The leg straps may be passed through the loops to connect the front torso portion to the leg securing portion for climbing or rappelling. The harness also may be incorporated into a garment.

Abstract: Sleeping pad systems are disclosed that include a foldable pad having a length and a width when in an extended position, with the foldable pad having a plurality of spaced apart panels covered and connected by a liner, and with the systems including a blanket having a width that is greater than the width of the foldable pad and a first end that is configured to be removably connected to a first end of the foldable pad. The systems may be compressed to a fraction of their folded size. The systems also may include a bag configured to receive the blanket and foldable pad, such as for use in stowing, carrying and/or transporting the foldable pad and blanket alone or in combination with other items.
