  • Patent number: 11584305
Abstract: A slidable storage system adapted for use in a pickup truck bed includes a substantially planar, slidable base. The base has a cab-side edge, at least first and second opposing substantially parallel side edges and a rear-access edge opposite and substantially in parallel to the cab-side edge. A base cab wall, at least first and second substantially opposing base sidewalls and a base rear access wall extend substantially perpendicularly up from the cab-side edge, the first and second opposing substantially parallel side edges and the rear-access edge, respectively, for a fixed height (H) forming a storage volume. Positioning the slidable storage system on the pickup truck bed, with the rear tailgate wall in an “up” position, the base will not slide past the rear tailgate wall and with the rear tailgate wall in a “down” position, the base slides out past the rear tailgate wall, enabling ready access.

  • Publication number: 20190284689
Abstract: An improved Plasma Enhanced Atomic Layer Deposition (PEALD) system and related operating methods are disclosed. A vacuum reaction chamber includes a vacuum system that separates a first outflow from the reaction chamber, comprising unreacted first precursor, from a second outflow from the reaction chamber, comprising second precursor and any reaction by products from the reaction of the second precursor with the coating surfaces. A trap, including trap material surfaces, is provided to remove first precursor from the first outflow when the first precursor reacts with the trap material surfaces. When the second precursor includes a plasma generated material, the second precursor is not passed through the trap. An alternate second precursor source injects a suitable second precursor into the trap to complete a material deposition layer onto the trap surfaces thereby preparing the trap material surfaces to react with the first precursor on the next material deposition cycle.

  • Publication number: 20140281535
Abstract: An apparatus and method that prevents unauthorized extraction of content on a webpage is provided. The apparatus includes a server that provides data representing at least one webpage via a communication network to at least one requesting user, the data including source code, the source code having at least one attribute with an associated attribute name value. A processor is coupled to the server, analyzes the source code and selectively encrypts the attribute name value for each of the at least one attribute. The server provides a modified source code including the encrypted attribute name value to the at least one requesting user, the modified source code being able to be properly rendered on a display of the at least one requesting user and prevent unauthorized extraction of content associated with the at least one web page.

  • Publication number: 20060177923
Abstract: Methods for modification of tissue using covalent chemistry. Tissue can be modified through direct alkylation, reduction followed by alkylation, or oxidation followed by condensation to covalently attach small organic molecules or appropriately modified proteins. The modification can be spatially limited to desired regions of the tissue surface.

  • Publication number: 20060035868
Abstract: Novel stilbenoid compounds and their prodrug forms are disclosed, which serve as potent vascular targeting agents useful for the treatment of solid tumor cancers and other diseases associated with unwanted neovascularization. The novel stilbenoid compounds are tubulin-binding stilbenoid analogs structurally related to combretastatin A-1 and combretastatin A-4. The prodrug forms serve as potent vascular targeting agents (VTAs) useful for the treatment of solid tumor cancers and diseases associated with retinal neovascularization.

  • Patent number: 6640510
Abstract: A method of constructing stained glass window systems is described. The stained glass window system includes a stained glass panel that includes a stained glass member joined to a seam member of a frame member with a joining material. A metal decorative silhouette is placed on one of the major surfaces of the stained glass panel and is joined thereto by applying a joining material to an aperture formed in the silhouette. In this manner, the silhouette obscures the seam member of the frame member. Optionally, a second silhouette may be joined to the opposing major face of the stained glass panel so that the design of the silhouette may be viewed from either side of the stained glass window. Additionally, the stained glass window system can be provided with at least one glass panel member, a peripheral frame member and peripheral insulation member.
