  • Patent number: 10661886
Abstract: The invention relates to a wing structure (1) for flying objects, comprising a wing leading edge (4) and a wing box (2), wherein the wing leading edge should be arranged on the wing box in particular in a detachable manner. For this purpose, the wing leading edge is connected to the wing box within a joining segment (9) and to rib extensions (11) of the wing box by means of fastening element (12) near the nose segment (15) such that a fastening-free segment (14) extends on the top side (16) of the wing leading edge in order to compensate thermal deformation during flight.

Assignee: DEUTSCHES ZENTRUM LUFT- UND RAUMFAHRT E.V.

  • Patent number: 8551381
Abstract: A fiber composite component comprising at least two, first and second partial elements bordering one another, each having a fiber structure and different matrix systems which respectively embed the fiber structure and cure differently from a liquid state is produced by liquifying the matrix system of the first partial element so that it either penetrates irregularly into the region of the bordering second partial element or leaves an unwetted region in the first partial element adjacent the second partial element, and subsequently liquifying the matrix system of the second partial element so that it can be cured abutting the irregular boundary surfaces of the matrix system of the first partial element. The intermeshing or interlocking of the matrix systems with one another and the fibers increase shear strength.

  • Publication number: 20090008836
Abstract: For producing a joined-together fiber composite component in which mutually adjacent regions (5, 6) are constructed in different ways but are cured in a joint thermal treatment, arranged between the regions is a transitional film (8), which has a composition that differs from the compositions of the matrices of the two adjacent regions (5, 6) and which spatially separates the two adjacent regions (5, 6) in the joint thermal treatment but enters into permanent bonds with the matrices of the two adjacent regions (5, 6). The fact that the transitional film (8) is vacuumtight means that one adjacent region (5) can first be formed independently from a preform (9) and enclosed with the transitional film (8), thereby bounding certain portions, and be evacuated and infiltrated with resin (22) on its own, and the other adjacent region (6) can be formed from a prepreg (2).

  • Publication number: 20080274322
Abstract: A fiber composite component comprising at least two, first and second partial elements (1, 2) bordering one another, each having a fiber structure (3, 4) and different matrix systems which respectively embed the fiber structure (3, 4) and cure differently from a liquid state, can be produced with an increased stability of the joint between the two partial elements (1, 2) in that first the matrix system of the first partial element (1) is liquefied and thereby penetrates irregularly into the region of the bordering second partial element (2), in that subsequently the matrix system of the second partial element (2) is liquefied and in that the matrix systems are cured. The forming of the irregular boundary surfaces causes an intermeshing or interlocking of the matrix systems with one another, whereby a boundary surface (5) with an increased shear strength is created.

  • Patent number: 6557302
Abstract: A carrier for connecting a window pane to a window lifter including retaining arms which are located to each side of the lower edge of the window pane. At least one of these retaining arms has a recess in which a window bolt can engage to connect the window pane to the carrier. At least the upper part of at least one retaining arm is resilient. One retaining arm has a retaining area formed as a horizontal oblong guide and the other retaining arm has a fixing area which is resiliently attached to the carrier for horizontally urging the window bolt as the bolt moves with respect to the carrier within the horizontal guide.
