  • Patent number: 11941413
Abstract: At a managed control plane service, end-user application programming interfaces (APIs) of an application to be implemented at a provider network are determined. A set of common operational requirements of the application, to be fulfilled without obtaining program code for the requirements, are identified. In response to an invocation of an end-user API of the application, computations are performed at a resource selected by the managed control plane service, and one or more tasks to satisfy a common operational requirement are initiated by the managed control plane service.

  • Patent number: 11941569
Abstract: Systems and techniques are described for tracking guard tours. In some implementations, the techniques include the actions of receiving data indicating an initiation of a guard tour at the property and by a user, where the guard tour defines a path that includes one or more checkpoints with which the user is instructed to interact. The actions further include analyzing the sensor data. The actions further include determining a location of the user conducting the guard tour at the property. The actions further include based on the location of the user and the path of the guard tour, determining that the user is not following the path of the guard tour. The actions further include based on determining that the user is not following the path of the guard tour, providing, for output, data indicating that the user is not following the path of the guard tour.

  • Patent number: 10966772
Abstract: Various forms of a cable fixation device, instrumentation, kit, and methods useful for repairing the skeletal system are introduced. The system utilizes a clamp housing fixing a head end of a surgical cable therein. In an operative configuration the cable is looped around a damaged bone segment and reentered through a lock aperture in the clamp housing then through a multi-part collet and lock cap residing within a lock aperture. The cable loop and each aforementioned component comprise a central axis aligned within a single plane. A sliding interface situated between the lock cap and collet prevent twisting of the surgical cable. The locking mechanism is non-destructive to the cable despite repeated unlocking and relocking of the fixation device. The axis for tensioning of the cable is coincident with the locking axis. A cerclage inserter instrument is disclosed.

  • Patent number: 10864569
Abstract: A body panel repair assembly for repairing a dent includes a block that is metallic and configured to conduct heat. The block is configured to couple to a head of a jack so that the jack is configured to position the block in abutment to a dent in a body panel. A heating element is coupled to the block. A controller is configured to selectively operationally couple the heating element to a source of alternating current so that the heating element is positioned to heat the block. The block is positioned to transfer heat to the dent in the body panel concurrent with the jack applying a force through the block to the dent to repair the dent.

  • Patent number: 10673827
Abstract: A request is received by a provider network from a requestor for data associated with a customer of the provider network. The data is not stored at the provider network, and the request includes a first encryption key. The provider network verifies that the requestor is authorized to request data from the customer of the multi provider network. The provider network sends information pertaining to the requested data to the customer. The provider network also sends the identity of the requestor and the first encryption key. The provider network sends, to the requestor, data that is encrypted, and a decryption key for decrypting the encrypted data.
