  • Publication number: 20090065524
Abstract: The present invention provides a suspended shelving system. The shelving system includes a shelving panel supported by a plurality of hanger members. The shelving panel includes a plurality of longitudinal members constructed of wire or plastic. A plurality of cross members are arranged substantially transverse with respect to the longitudinal members and generally parallel with respect to each other. At least a portion of the longitudinal members and the cross members are bonded together at crossing points to comprise the shelving panel. A plurality of hanger members are rotatably secured to the cross members positioned at the distal ends of the shelving member so that they may be rotated between a storage position that is generally parallel to the underside surface of the shelving member for shipment and storage, and a support position that is substantially perpendicular to the upper surface of the shelf for suspending the shelf from an overhead member.

  • Patent number: 7350789
Abstract: The present invention provides an assembly, or kit, of injection molded components having integrated connectors which combine to form a storage container having a plurality of snap-in spherical roller assemblies and a cooperating lid member. The storage container components are formed of injection molded plastic and include integrally formed connectors to interlock with one another without the need for separate fasteners. The integrated assembly of the bottom storage container panel and the spherical roller assemblies simplifies storage container construction and minimizes the number of components required to complete the assembly.

  • Publication number: 20070138172
Abstract: The present invention provides a plurality of injection molded plastic panels having integrated connectors. The panels are constructed and arranged packaging and shipment in a nested and/or stacked arrangement. Thereafter, the panels may be assembled into a secure trash container. The integrally formed connectors of the side walls, cover and bottom panel components simplifies trash container construction by integrally forming the connectors into the injection molded panels which are snapped together. The panels are formed of injection molded plastic to interlock with one another without the need for separate metal fasteners or connectors.

  • Publication number: 20070062896
Abstract: A hanging shelving system for assembly with a molded utility shed is composed of several wire shelves with hangers at each corner. The hangers cooperate with reinforcing strips in the molded shed roof to suspend the shelves.

  • Publication number: 20070044391
Abstract: The present invention provides a system, or kit, of injection molded panels having integrated connectors which combine to form an enclosure, commonly in the form of a utility shed. The panels are formed of injection molded plastic to interlock with one another without the need for separate I-beam connectors. The ends of the wall panels have cavities to accept both roof and floor outwardly projecting locking bosses for interlocking cooperative engagement which serve to rigidly connect the components together. The symmetry of the wall, roof, floor and door components also minimizes component shapes and simplifies enclosure construction.

  • Patent number: 7111828
Abstract: An outdoor screen fence is made up of a series of molded panels with simulated paneling and lattice in relief bounded on each lateral side by a leg. Each leg has a plurality of brackets along the length thereof. The brackets on one leg are disposed intermediate the brackets on the other leg. Each of the brackets has an aperture therethrough for receiving a tubular fence post. In assembly, the brackets of different panels are aligned in an interspersed relationship and a fence post with a removable impact cap is inserted through the apertures and driven into a support surface such that each leg is supported by at least two brackets.
