Publication number: 20090145371Abstract: A portable and inexpensive device for restraining a dog, cat or other animal within a defined area. The device has a main body providing an endless circular groove that confines a wire or ring to rotating movement about the main body. The ring is attached to the animal's leash and allows the animal free movement within a circular area defined by the length of the leash. A plurality of removable pins anchor the device to the ground, with the pins being stored in storage grooves in the main body when not in use. The main body has a central recess that accommodates a bowl for food or water.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 11, 2008Publication date: June 11, 2009Inventor: ROBERT KRAMER

Publication number: 20070191805Abstract: The tampon according to the invention comprises a tampon body and a withdrawal tape fastened on the tampon body. The withdrawal tape is configured such that its effective length can be changed preferably before use, but also during use. In particular, the withdrawal tape is formed with at least one loop or a fold which reduces the effective length of the withdrawal tape and can be released in order to increase the effective length of the withdrawal tape. Effective length refers to the extent of the withdrawal tape, measured from the rear end of the tampon body, which is available for the user to grip.Type: ApplicationFiled: April 13, 2004Publication date: August 16, 2007Applicant: JOHNSON & JOHNSON GMBHInventor: Robert Kramer

Publication number: 20070158957Abstract: The double door security device uses at least two opposed hinges of the double door pair to secure corresponding door bar retainers to the door frame structure. The hinge pin is removed and the door bar retainer is placed upon the hinge, with a hinge pin of suitable length reinstalled through the hinge to secure the door bar retainer pivotally to the hinge. The door bar retainer, in combination with the hinge, defines a door bar passage for the removable installation of a door bar therethrough. The retainers may be configured to accept door bars having various cross sectional shapes, e.g. two by four lumber, square and round tubing and pipe, etc. The hinge attachment ends of the retainers are preferably beveled to minimize marring of the door and door frame adjacent to the hinge, and to serve as a door stop limiting the opening swing of the door.Type: ApplicationFiled: July 14, 2006Publication date: July 12, 2007Inventors: Robert Kramer, Anthony Lepore, Terry Kramer

Publication number: 20060138188Abstract: A backpack having a harness configured to be secured to the torso of a user, and a movable storage compartment pivotably connected at a first end to a first location on the harness. A second end of the storage compartment is releasably secured to a second location on the harness so that motion of the storage compartment with respect to the harness is restrained. The storage compartment is secured to the harness such that it can be released from a stowed position to a frontal location on the harness that is accessible to the user. With the second end of the storage compartment free from constraint, it can be pivoted about its first end from its stowed position to a frontal position on the user, wherein the frontal position allows access to articles contained in the storage compartment without removing the backpack from the user's body.Type: ApplicationFiled: December 23, 2004Publication date: June 29, 2006Inventor: Robert Kramer

Publication number: 20050272537Abstract: A one body member solid molded bat handle grip manufactured from Thermoplastic material or the likes for improving the gripping control of the batter for baseball or softball, which is useful for left handed or right handed players. The longitudinal raised surface along the bat handle grip allows the batter alignment of the knuckles for proper wrist roll. The grip is capable of starching over the bat knob onto the bat handle and sized for being grasped by both hands of the user. The grip fits moveably snug around the bat handle for manually rotating it around the handle to prolong the life of thin walled aluminum bats. And can keep the label lined up when batting with wooden bats. The grip is essentially immovable when squeezed by the batter. Finger channels or finger separating barriers may be included along the longitudinal raised surface. The grip material helps to reduce vibration, sting and blistering to the hands of the batter, and also reduces bat slippage.Type: ApplicationFiled: August 22, 2005Publication date: December 8, 2005Inventor: Robert Kramer

Publication number: 20050228325Abstract: The invention relates to a support frame for relieving the vertebral column in the trunk area between the hips and the thoracic vertebra, comprising a hip clasp supported on the hips of the patient and a thoracic vertebra clasp supported on the area of the thoracic vertebra, which are connected by means of rods extending parallel to the vertebral column. According to the invention, the distance between the hip clasp and the thoracic vertebra clasp can be adjusted so as to better adapt said support frame to the individual size of patients. For said purpose, the length of the support rods can be changed, preferably due to the fact that they are subdivided, wherein the support sections overlap in the longitudinal direction of the vertebral column and can be adjustably fixed to one another in the area of overlapping.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 10, 2003Publication date: October 13, 2005Inventors: Claudia Zours, Gerd-Peter Koppetsch, Robert Kramer
