  • Publication number: 20150201223
Abstract: Implementations of the present invention include a Public Cloud, one or more End-Caches and optionally one or more Edge-Caches in computerized architecture that provides digital content, such as entertainment services and/or informational content, to a guest display (e.g., End-Cache connected to in-room TV, End-Cache connected to personal portable device) or control of one or more devices (e.g., in-room TV and/or in-room control). Implementations of the present invention also include a Content Distribution Architecture that uses the public Internet to securely transmit digital content and data to all desired locations (e.g., End-Caches). Implementations of the present invention further include a Channel Processor that takes one of more video signal(s) and prepares them for redistribution to an end user. Implementations of the present invention leverage existing wiring at the property (whether coax, Ethernet, home-run, or loop-thru) to transport content/data to/from End-Caches.

  • Publication number: 20130179931

Implementations of the present invention also include a Content Distribution Architecture that uses the public Internet to securely broadcast large digital media file(s) simultaneously to all desired locations (e.g., Edge-Caches). Implementations of the present invention further include a Channel Processor that uses a video-input agnostic approach (i.e., composite, sVideo, component, HDMI) to take whatever video signal (i.e., std-def, high-def) and make it better (i.e., all digital, all high-def quality). Implementations of the present invention therefore improve distribution of entertainment to end users, as well as the playback thereof.

  • Patent number: 3994031
Abstract: A trap incorporating an access fitting and of the type that may be designed into a P-trap, or S-trap configuration, the trap including an inlet segment and an outlet segment, both being integrally joined together, and a lower arcuate portion forming the access fitting that intervenes and joins together for communication the interior channel through the trap, the interior channel being of a fixed diameter throughout its extent, and forming a continuous smooth wall interior surface along the entire length of the trap. A flange projects integrally from both the combined upper inlet and outlet integral sections, while a corresponding and registering flange extends from the arcuate portion for arrangement in alignment with the upper segment flange to facilitate assembly of the trap.
