  • Publication number: 20010035424
Abstract: A closure for an open mouth of a container is provided. The closure includes a rim and a lid frame configured to mate with the rim. The rim includes an opening and is adapted to be coupled to a top edge of the open mouth of the container. The closure further includes a connector having a cover portion coupled to the lid frame in order to form a lid and a hinge portion coupled to the rim. The lid frame is made of a first material and the connector is made of a second material. The connector is provided to support the lid for pivotable movement relative to the rim between a closed position wherein the lid closes the opening formed in the rim and an opened position wherein the lid lies away from the rim.

  • Patent number: 5042680
Abstract: A reclosable container assembly includes a container having a container sidewall extending to an open end with a laterally extending flange formed at said open end and extending outwardly from said container sidewall. A container locking lip extends from said laterally extending flange away from said open end in spaced relation to said sidewall, and the locking lip includes an outer seating surface which extends from the laterally extending flange and angles inwardly toward the container sidewall. A plurality of spaced support ribs extend between the container sidewall and the locking lip, and a closure member is provided having a skirt which engages the locking lip to attach the closure member to the container. The closure member includes a top wall with the skirt extending outwardly from the periphery of the top wall.

  • Patent number: 4583706
Abstract: A bracket for use in mounting a roller door assembly to a wall comprises a plate having a bearing for support of a drum or end drum, the bearing being closer to one edge of the plate than another, and edge flanges whereby the bearing may be mounted at either of two distances from the wall. Preferably the edge flanges have interengageable formations facilitating stacking of door roller assemblies with the flanges of the brackets edge to edge.

  • Patent number: 3966841
Abstract: Disclosed are compositions of DAC-B hydrocarbon resin and a poly(ethylene terephthalate) type polyester, a poly(tetramethylene terephthalate) type polyester, or a poly(1,4-cyclohexylenedimethylene terephthalate) type polyester. These compositions have a lower melt viscosity at elevated temperatures than the polyesters alone and can therefore be melt spun into fibers at a lower temperature than the polyester alone. Fibers spun from these compositions have properties substantially equivalent to the properties of fibers spun from the polyester alone.
