    Abstract: An attachment for cleaning and refacing concrete joints, being connectable with a tractor, or the like, incorporating a frame that is rigidly mounted to the vehicle chassis, incorporates a rearwardly extending brace, for supporting of a hydraulic or other cylinder. A torsion bar pivotally mounts through the frame, and is connected by a lever arm with the cylinder, so that the torsion bar, when the cylinder is rendered operative, can undertake a slight pivot, in one direction or the other.
