The pivotal jaw and the side walls and the rear wall of the housing form an enclosed peripheral portion for preventing the soil from entering into the housing when the pivotal jaw is moved away from the rear wall of the housing. A conduit is secured on top of the housing, a tube secured to the housing and the conduit, and a handle adjustably secured to the tube.
