  • Patent number: 11194637
Abstract: A system and method (referred to as a systems) builds alert packages that deliver messages to end-users analyzes inbound message data and identifies inbound event data objects. The systems store the inbound event data objects that are removed based on assigned priority values from a first multielement data structure. The systems process the inbound event data objects based on the assigned priority values through a cluster of event analyzer engines connected in parallel and identify the inbound event data objects associated with pre-designated notification alerts through a cluster of event analyzer engines connected in parallel. The systems store the inbound event data objects associated with the pre-designated notification alerts within a another instance of the multielement data structure. The system creates alert packages through a cluster of alert builder engines and enables and disable the processors that make up the event analyzer and alert builder engines.

  • Publication number: 20180126440
Abstract: Provided herein is a high-speed blow forming process for shaping aluminum containers using 3xxx can body stock alloys with high recycled content, as well as articles made by that process. A process for shaping aluminum containers as described herein includes the sequential steps of blanking out a disk from a sheet of a 3xxx series aluminum alloy; forming a bottle preform by drawing redrawing, ironing and doming the disk, placing the preform into a mold cavity, applying an axial load to the preform; and injecting an inert gas into the interior of the preform with sufficient pressure until the preform expands to fill the mold cavity.

  • Patent number: 5081766
Abstract: A method of making an electrically-operated fluid valve for improving the metal-to-metal sealing of the valve needle to the valve seat, particularly of the rounded tip end of the needle to a frusto-conical depression in the seat. The method comprises applying a controlled axial compressive load to the seated needle to cause the annular zone of sealing contact between the needle and the seat to be coined.

  • Patent number: 4262890
Abstract: A holder is described for temporarily mounting a ski on a work surface for permitting the ski to be tuned or otherwise routinely maintained by filing the ski edges and bottoms and for coating the ski bottoms etc. Each holder has a threaded clamp for mounting it on a work table or other convenient surface and has a pivotally mounted vacuum ski engaging device at its top for removably engaging the ski. Two of these holders firmly position a ski on the work surface for the ski tuning operation.
