    Abstract: A method of constructing a building using wall panel assemblies and roof panel assemblies that are made up of traditional framing materials, such as studs and interior walls, coated with insulating foam, except that the typical exterior sheathing is optional. Because the panel assembly is structurally sound and thermally insulated, the only reason to install an exterior sheath or additional roofing material is for aesthetic or practical purposes. A beneficial mode for readily applying insulating foam to provide for sealably joining roof panel assemblies to wall panel assemblies is disclosed.

The recording device within the inside space can include a transceiver configured to receive sensed data from one or more sensory nodes and from a commercial panel of a building, a memory configured to store the data received by the transceiver, and a processor operatively coupled to the transceiver and the memory. The processor can be configured to publish the sensed data such that the sensed data is accessible to a first responder.

    Abstract: A suspension device for preventing swivel wheel wobbling over uneven terrain of a cart, such as a shopping cart, equipped with a pair of laterally opposite swivel wheels. The suspension device consists of a rigid elongated cross-member, fixedly mounted to the cart frame; an elongated arm, defining first and second opposite ends; a first mount, for mounting the arm to the cross-member for relative movement thereabout, whereby the arm first and second ends are movable relative to the ground in opposite directions. Stoppers restrain relative movement of the arm first and second ends within a prescribed play. A second mount rotatably mounts the two swivel wheels to corresponding opposite ends of the elongated arm, wherein the relative movement of the arm is responsive to ground terrain irregularities.

    Abstract: A roll-up closure device for typically collapsible vehicle shelters of the type having a structure made of assembled tubular members and cross-members and a complementary covering therefor made of a flexible plastics material and defining at the front end thereof a door opening. The side walls of the shelter are inclined in such a way as to diverge from top to bottom, whereby the door opening has generally a isosceles trapezoidal shape. The device includes a pair of opposed side guide rails mounted at laterally opposite sides of the door opening so as to follow the angled sides thereof, an overhead motor driven roll-up boom extending above the door opening, and a flexible closure shaped like the door opening and having its lateral side edges slidably engaged in the guide rails, whereby the closure device does not substantially reduce the lateral dimensions of the door opening.

    Abstract: The device comprises a housing attachable to the handle bar of a nestable cart, such as a shopping cart. The housing has a front and a back key slot, each for receiving a key. Key locking members are mounted in the housing, each associated with a key slot. These locking members are interconnected by a position-inverting mechanism, so that when one locking member is in a key-locking and retaining position, the other locking member is in a key-releasing position, and vice versa. A key is attached to each housing by means of a flexible link, such as a chain, long enough to be inserted into the back key slot of the housing of the next nested cart. However the flexible link can be longer than this requirement. The keys are retained in their back key slots and thus the carts are interlocked in a nested position. The key of the frontmost cart is used to unlock the latter.
