  • Patent number: 12261057
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention include methods of forming a textile patterned hardmask. In an embodiment, a first hardmask and a second hardmask are formed over a top surface of an interconnect layer in an alternating pattern. A sacrificial cross-grating may then be formed over the first and second hardmasks. In an embodiment, portions of the first hardmask that are not covered by the sacrificial cross-grating are removed to form first openings and a third hardmask is disposed into the first openings. Embodiments may then include etching through portions of the second hardmask that are not covered by the sacrificial cross-grating to form second openings. The second openings may be filled with a fourth hardmask. According to an embodiment, the first, second, third, and fourth hardmasks are etch selective to each other. In an embodiment the sacrificial cross-grating may then be removed.

  • Patent number: 12218576
Abstract: An isolated gate driver has a first portion in a first voltage domain and a second portion in a second voltage domain. The first and second portions are coupled by an isolation communication channel. The isolated gate driver transmits across the isolation communication channel a serial word containing first drive strength information and simultaneously transmits gate information with the serial word across the isolation communication channel. The gate information indicates a state of a gate signal for a transistor coupled to the second portion of the isolated gate driver. A demodulator circuit demodulates a signal containing the gate information and the drive strength information transmitted across the isolation communication channel in the serial word. A gate signal output circuit coupled to the demodulator circuit supplies the gate signal based on the gate information with a drive strength of the gate signal being based on the drive strength information.

  • Patent number: 12209354
Abstract: The invention discloses a continuous polyester fiber textile cloth that can be torn into pieces, processing equipment and a processing method. By ultrasonic hot-melting technology, the polyester fiber textile cloth is subjected to the high temperature generated by the high frequency generated by the action of a metal knife mold and an ultrasonic welding head, so that the thread of the loop layers and the base layer are melted in a line to form a thin line melting body that can be torn apart. The knife mold and the ultrasonic welding head are close to each other and resonate to generate heat. When they leave each other, the resonance disappears and the heat decreases, so as to realize the formation and temperature control of a linear high temperature zone.

  • Publication number: 20250031139
Abstract: Systems, devices and methods for a user equipment (UE) to perform public land mobile network (PLMN) selection with a non-terrestrial network (NTN). A UE performs a non-access stratum (NAS) procedure with a public land mobile network (PLMN) of an NTN. The UE receives a NAS message from the PLMN, and the NAS message indicates that the UE is not allowed to access a core network of the NTN. The NAS message may indicate that the UE is not allowed to access the core network of the NTN because a location of the UE is unknown to the NTN, that access to the NTN is not allowed in a country in which the UE is located, or that a location of the UE is not within a country associated with the NTN. The UE modifies its PLMN search procedure responsive to receiving the NAS message.
