  • Publication number: 20220092710
Abstract: A unique method provides real estate mortgage and investment analyses to a user. The method is implemented through a mortgage analyzer that comprises an add-on extension to an Internet browsing client. The method facilitates analyses for prospective real estate properties with various input data and allows easy sharing of analysis results with others. The method offers mortgage scenario comparison and investment option analysis that provide not only the optimal mortgage choice, but also the most promising investment opportunity. Additionally, the method scrapes information directly off property listing webpages viewed by the user, eliminating the need for manual input of information the user is already viewing. Further, the method allows the user to initiate a mortgage loan application directly to a desired mortgage lender entity. Thus, the present invention provides a versatile and powerful method to the user to make optimal decisions for real estate mortgage borrowing and investment opportunities.

  • Publication number: 20200311688
Abstract: A system and method for document creation, documentation, storage and deletion using blockchain technology features a user computational device and enterprise HR Application communicating with an application server through a computer network. The application services direct which service to initiate based on instructions from the user computational device and enterprise HR application. A user can log into the system, creates a draft document by filing out a template, and optionally attach supporting materials. The system then starts an approval process until an approved and finalized document is created and added to the blockchain. All drafts are then permanently eliminated. Permanent records of the specific documents received by specific users can also be immutably created. The system provides powerful search capabilities that are customizable to the user's needs.

  • Publication number: 20070176908
Abstract: An interface including a panel (100) defining at least one edge (114, 116, 118, 120) at least one detector (102) arranged along the at least one edge (114) of the panel, an electromagnetic radiation beam emitter (152) operative to direct at least one beam of electromagnetic radiation onto the panel (100) from a variable distance and at a variable angle (158), the panel being operative to transmit electromagnetic radiation from the at least one beam impinging thereon to the at least one edge (114) thereof, for detection by the at least one detector, the panel being operative to generally attenuate the electromagnetic radiation passing therethrough to the at least one edge as a function of the distance traveled by the electromagnetic radiation through the panel (100), whereby the at least one detector (102) is operative to provide at least one output which can be used to determine the variable distance and the variable angle.

  • Publication number: 20050156914
Abstract: An electronic device comprises a display for displaying data stored on said electronic device; input means; sensing means for sensing the three-dimensional position of the input means relative to said device; and control means for controlling the data displayed on said display in dependence on the three-dimensional position of the input means relative to said device. The input means includes a source of electromagnetic radiation for directing an infrared conical beam onto the display. The sensing means can sense the elliptical eccentricity of the electromagnetic radiation incident on the display to determine the angle at which it strikes the display, and can sense the area of the electromagnetic radiation incident on the display to determine the distance of the input means from the display.
