Abstract: The present invention provides a flameless candle, a flameless candle charging system, and methods for using the flameless candle charging system. The charging system generally includes a plurality of flames candles, a charging tray having a tray hollow body with a planar outwardly facing surface on which the plurality of flameless candles may be placed, and a metallic plate positioned within the hollow body, and a remote control for selectively operating the plurality of candles and including a body having a magnet positioned therein. The remote control may be magnetically attached to the charging tray by positioning the magnet in proximity to said metallic plate.

The slider is pushed and pulled to adjust the viewing angle of the personal computer. In a preferred embodiment the personal computer is a touch screen tablet.

An antipathogenic substance such as lime is mixed into the sludge located in the carrier in order to treat pathogens in the sludge. At least one mixer adapted for mixing sludge throughout the carrier is employed. A dispenser such as a conduit or a loader bucket can dispense the antipathogenic substance so that the mixer can mix the substance with the sludge. The sludge is transported in the carrier either before or after the mixing with the antipathogenic substance. The mixture of sludge and antipathogenic substance is allowed to remain in the carrier long enough to treat pathogens with the substance before unloading the sludge from the carrier at a destination established for utilization, storage, transfer or disposal of the sludge.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for promoting taxpayer compliance. A computer-implemented data mining system mines taxpayer data to identify taxpayer profiles for taxpayer compliance issues. A computer-implemented decision management system assigns the identified taxpayer profiles into groups based on characteristics of the taxpayer profiles. A computer-implemented case management system implements different treatments to different groups, to improve taxpayer compliance.
