Abstract: The present invention is directed to a small, lightweight personal cooling device that provide localized cooling to the users. The air is sucked in from the top visible part of the device that funnels it down a vent where it passes over essential oils. After passing over essential oils, the cooler air is expelled out from the openings present in the basal body. The angle of the opening is designed to create the least resistance to the air flow. The openings are designed in form of honeycomb structured that allows maximum air to flow through it. Essential oils are present to enhance the cooling effect produced by device.
