    Abstract: An adjustable grill device having at least three legs connected to a head assembly for being disposed adjustably with respect to one another. Suspended from the head assembly is a grill at one end of a flexible element, the other end of which is attached to one of the legs of the device for selective sliding movement along the leg in order to vary the distance of the grill from the head assembly.
