  • Publication number: 20190295458
Abstract: An example configurable lighting device includes a controllable general illumination device configured to output illumination light sufficient for general illumination of an area and a display configured to output light as a representation of an image into the area. The display is co-located with the general illumination device such that an available output region of the display towards the area at least substantially overlaps an available output region of the general illumination device towards the area. The lighting device has a light output surface configured and located such that light output from the general illumination device and light output from the display propagate out via the light output surface. The lighting device also has a noise reduction structure.

  • Publication number: 20190295519
Abstract: Lighting devices are disclosed. One lighting device includes a housing, a light source, and a panel. The light source is mounted within the housing and configured to emit light sufficient for general illumination of an area. The panel is supported by the housing at a location to receive light from the light source at one or more light input surfaces of the panel and output the received light from the light source via a light output surface of the panel facing the area. The light propagates within material of the panel from the one or more light input surfaces to the light output surface. The light output surface of the panel comprises a noise reduction structure.

  • Publication number: 20190279395
Abstract: A wheel alignment system includes a side-to-side reference including an active reference pod and a passive reference pod disposed on opposite sides of the vehicle. The active reference pod includes a reference image sensor fixedly attached to a reference target, for mounting on a first side of the vehicle such that the reference image sensor produces image data including a perspective representation of the passive reference pod disposed on a second/opposite side of the vehicle. In operation, alignment cameras on the opposite sides of the vehicle capture perspective representations of targets mounted to vehicle wheels and of targets of the active and passive reference pods. A computer processes the image data to compute an alignment measurement of the vehicle based on a spatial relationship between the active reference pod and the passive reference pod determined according to the image data produced by the reference image sensor.

  • Publication number: 20170216758
Abstract: An air filtration media pack is provided having a plurality of layers of single facer media. The layer of single facer media includes a fluted sheet, a facing sheet, and a plurality of flutes extending between the fluted sheet and the facing sheet and having a flute length extending from a first face of the filtration media pack to a second face of the filtration media pack. A first portion of the plurality of flutes are closed to unfiltered air flowing into the first portion of the plurality of flutes, and a second portion of the plurality of flutes are closed to unfiltered air from flowing out of the second portion of the plurality of flutes so that air passing into one of the first face and the second face of the media pack and out the other of the first face and the second face of the media pack passes through media to provide filtration of the air. The fluted sheet includes repeating internal peaks facing toward the facing sheet and repeating external peaks facing away from the facing sheet.
