  • Publication number: 20260102593
Abstract: The present disclosure describes devices for intranasal delivery. The devices may have a housing with a dispensing element, and a positioning or trigger element coupled to the housing that engages a columella region of the subject to position the dispensing element within the nasal channel and limit its depth of insertion. The devices can also include two insertable portions, each for insertion into a nasal channel of the subject, and an actuator that delivers the composition from either or both of the insertable portions. The devices can be transitioned from a first configuration to a second configuration. Devices of the present disclosure may provide a convenient and effective way to deliver compositions intranasally and to accomplish lateralized delivery to targeted regions of the brain.

  • Publication number: 20230235268
Abstract: The present technology is generally related to storage structures for cell engineering systems. The storage structures allow for multiple automated cell engineering systems to be held via a single structure, and presented to a user when desired or needed for direct access to the cell engineering system, and then returned to a storage or working position. Many storage structures can be arranged together in a clinical or hospital setting, or other cell therapy engineering manufacturing environment.
