Abstract: A wearable motion-signaling bag is provided. The bag includes a housing, one or more straps connected to the housing and shaped to be worn by a user; one or more motion sensors; one or more lights contacting at least one surface of the housing; one or more controls configured to be activated by the user; and a microcontroller operable to execute under programmable control and interfaced to one or more of the sensors, the controls, and the lights, the microcontroller configured to provide signals regarding the motion of the user through the lights based on sensed data from the motion sensors and commands from the capacitive controls. The bag can receive commands from a user device and provide the signals based on the commands.

Abstract: A system and method for electronic personal identity verification is provided. A user is registered with an authentication service, which includes providing to the service a biometric signature associated with the user and information personally known to the user. Identification data that includes the biometric signature is sent from an identification device worn by the user to a user device associated with the user. An input personally known to the user is received into the user device. Encrypted credentials are sent from the user device to the authentication service. The received encrypted credentials are compared to the biometric signature and the information provided to the authentication service. A claims token is sent from the authentication service to the user device upon the encrypted credentials matching the biometric signature and the information provided to the authentication service. An application is accessed via a third party provider using the claims token.

Abstract: Ordered binder document sections having different file formats stored within a binder file. The binder file maintains the order of binder document sections in an index structure. The binder document sections can be removed from the binder file and stored as external files, while their order in the binder document is retained. The index structure is updated when additional binder document sections are added to the binder file. Also, the index structure may be altered so as to change the order of binder document sections in the binder document, without altering the memory locations in which the binder document sections are stored.

A group of important actions is selected corresponding to both internal program modules and registered external program modules. The system determines if an action associated with one of the internal program modules or one of the registered external program modules has occurred. If so, the system determines if the action is one of the important actions. If the action is an important action, then information associated with the important action is placed into data fields of a data structure. The data structure containing the information is stored in computer memory. The data structure is maintained within a central container or folder in memory, along with previously recorded data structures. The data structure can be automatically deleted after a predetermined threshold of time.

A thumbnail image can be derived from either the first page or from multiple pages of an individual section. The binder program module can also dispatch the underlying application program modules that created each binder document section to print, spell check, and grammar check the binder document sections as a single data processing task.
