Abstract: Method and apparatus for generating a jitter reduced clock signal from signal transmitted over a communication medium includes receiving, with high speed data interface circuitry, a modulated signal that includes a binary encoded data stream. A recovered clock signal is generated from the modulated signal and tracks the long-term drift in the modulated signal. A jitter reduced clock signal is generated by filtering the recovered clock signal with a filtering circuit having a bandwidth sufficient to remove jitter while allowing the jitter reduced clock signal to track the drift in the modulated signal.

The device can be deformed to an open position and normally assumes a closed position. While in the closed position, the clamp is in condition to secure a bag to a container. The clamp may be deformed to place it in position on the lid of a container, and to allow release of the bag from the container.

The play yard opens up automatically by simply releasing the frame and allowing it to unfold. The play yard includes a frame formed of a flexible material including a first bottom loop forming a rectangular shape and a second elevated loop contacting the first loop at two points. An envelope made of laminar material is attached at selected points to the frame to form a partially enclosed play area. An opening in a top portion of the envelope permits access to the enclosed play area. In a preferred embodiment, the play yard has a removable top for covering the opening when desired.
