  • Publication number: 20240136721
Abstract: A multi-antenna structure may include a monopole and a first antenna array connected to the monopole at a first location via a first mounting apparatus and including a first cellular antenna and a first radio unit. The structure may also include a second antenna array connected to the monopole at a second location via a second mounting apparatus, with a second cellular antenna and a second radio unit. The structure may include a first set of fronds arranged about an outer surface of the monopole, forming a first respective angle with the monopole and configured to obscure the first antenna array from view. The structure may include a second set of fronds arranged about the outer surface of the monopole, each of the second set of fronds forming second respective angle with the monopole. The second set of fronds may be configured to obscure the second antenna array from view.

  • Patent number: 11934740
Abstract: Methods, systems and apparatus for associating electronic devices together based on received audio commands are described. Methods for associating an audio-controlled device with a physically separate display screen device such that information responses can then be provided in both audio and graphic formats using the two devices in conjunction with each other are described. The audio-controlled device can receive audio commands that can be analyzed to determine the author, which can then be used to further streamline the association operation.

  • Publication number: 20240069580
Abstract: In some aspects, a method of carbonation control can include monitoring, via a first sensor, an environmental condition in a contactor unit, the contactor unit including a plurality of carbonation vessels including carbonation medium, monitoring, via a second sensor, an environmental condition at a location outside of the contactor unit, predicting, based on the measured environmental condition in the contactor unit and the measured environmental condition at the location outside of the contactor unit, a local humidity in a carbonation vessel from the plurality of carbonation vessels, a water content of the carbonation medium in the carbonation vessel from the plurality of carbonation vessels, and a carbonation extent of the carbonation medium in the carbonation vessel from the plurality of carbonation vessels for a carbonation forecasting period, and executing an action on the plurality of carbonation vessels based on the predicted water content and predicted carbonation extent.

  • Patent number: 4815231
Abstract: A trap for small crawling pests, such as mice, including an enclosed crush-resistant housing structure having first and second opposed mouse entry openings. A removable lower tray is removably positionable in the housing structure on the floor thereof. The lower tray has a pair of separated longitudinal glue strips thereon adapted to catch two mice who have crawled into the housing structure through the first entry opening. A shelf is fixed in the housing structure intermediate the floor and ceiling thereof. An upper glue tray similarly adapted to catch two mice thereon is removably positionable on the shelf. A ramp in the housing structure provides a path for mice entering through the second entry opening to the upper glue tray.

  • Patent number: 4709503
Abstract: A crawling insect trap including a housing and one or more shelves positionable in the housing. The housing is formed from a top, bottom, pair of opposite side walls, and an end wall. The side walls and the end wall are each connected to the top and the bottom. The housing is made from a hard material such as a hard plastic so as to define a generally rigid structure. One or more shelves are positioned in the housing in pairs of oppositely disposed U-shaped channels secured to the side walls. Baited sticky surfaces are provided on either side of each of the shelves. Each of the outer surfaces of the housing has a plurality of elliptical openings passing therethrough. Thus when insects attracted to the dark baited interior of the housing crawl through the holes they will become stuck to the sticky surfaces. When the surfaces become covered with the insects, the shelves can be removed and new shelves inserted. It is not necessary to replace the entire trap when the surfaces become covered with insects.

  • Patent number: 4594807
Abstract: A crawling pest eliminator system mounted on a backpack mounting frame. A crawling pest flushing system is supported on the frame for spraying a flushing agent into cracks, crevices and wall voids and thereby initially flushing crawling pests, such as cockroaches, ants and spiders, out of their hiding places. A vacuuming system is also supported on the frame. The vacuuming system includes a vacuum motor, a removable recovery bag and a nozzle adapted to ride on the surfaces for efficiently vacuuming into the recovery bag the eggs of the crawling pests and the crawling pests themselves including those flushed out by the crawling pest flushing system. A flashlight is integrally built into the adapter into which the nozzle is inserted for illuminating the surfaces. A residual depositing system is also supported by the frame for depositing a pesticide residual on these surfaces which have been vacuumed of crawling pests and their eggs by the vacuuming system.
