Abstract: A computing system includes a processing circuit including a processor and memory. The memory is structured to store instructions executable by the processor and cause the processing circuit to tokenize text, using at least one of first machine learning or first artificial intelligence, from a text file into a token. The instructions further cause the processing circuit to, based on a location of the token in the text file, determine, using at least one of second machine learning or second artificial intelligence, the token is indicative of a potential risk event, assign a responsibility score to each of a plurality of responsible parties, and, in response to matching the potential risk event to the responsibility score of a responsible party, transmit an early risk alert to the responsible party. The early risk alert includes a link to a webpage that receives data files associated with the potential risk event.

The example method further includes responsively mapping a bounded geographic region within which network-connected devices may be at increased susceptibility for unauthorized activity and providing reconfiguration instructions to network-connected devices within that bounded geographic region.

Abstract: Assistance is provided to policy exception approvers that make decisions on whether to grant or deny policy exception requests. A determination can be made regarding an amount of impact associated with granting a policy exception request based on a comparison of conditions before and after policy enactment. The probability of an impact occurring can be determined as a result of granting the policy exception based on past impact occurrences. A risk rating can be computed as a function of the amount of impact and the probability of the impact, and a visual representation of the risk rating can be generated and displayed to the policy exception approvers.

Abstract: Systems and methods provide for a system to assist policy exception approvers in making decisions on whether to grant or deny policy exception requests. The system disclosed herein takes in information about the policy and determines a risk level associated with granting the request and provides a color coded recommendation. Information that can be considered by the recommendation system includes loss associated with similar policy exception grants, the likelihood of loss occurring, and other contextual information about the operating environment. In an embodiment, if any of the information changes, the recommendation system can provide updated recommendations and or alerts.

Abstract: Timely quality improvement of an inventory of elements is provided. An event submission that includes at least one element of the inventory of elements is received at about the same time as the event is encountered. The event submission is prioritized based on factors related to the submitter, the event, historical information, or combinations thereof. A risk level or rating is assigned to the event submission and others are invited to comment on the event submission. Based on the comments, real-time information is presented so that the event submission may be tracked during the process. The submitter of the event submission is assigned a credibility rating and is given an incentive for providing the event submission.
